Sigma Mixer Machine

Sigma Mixer Machine

VARADA Sigma Mixer Machines (Z-Blade Kneaders) are high-torque, heavy-duty industrial mixers designed for thorough kneading, masticating, and dispersion of high-viscosity pastes and semi-solid compounds.

Featuring two counter-rotating Z-shaped Sigma blades rotating at differential speeds inside a double U-shaped trough, generating intensive shear and compressive forces that disperse difficult additives and eliminate agglomerates.

Available with hydraulic bowl tilting or bottom screw extrusion discharge, jacketed heating/cooling troughs, and vacuum execution for bubble-free formulation of demanding materials.

Additional Information

Engineered for high-viscosity mastication, kneading, and homogenization under extreme torque loads.
