Twin Shaft Disperser

The Twin Shaft Disperser features two independent shafts, with one shaft fitted with a dispersion blade for intensive dispersion and the other fitted with a mixing blade such as an anchor, butterfly or other mixer blade for efficient mixing.

The two shafts are driven by dual motors operating at appropriate variable speeds to provide effective dispersion and mixing according to process requirements.

The vessel is available in jacketed versions for cooling or heating and can be equipped with inlet and outlet nozzles and limited coil. The equipment is manufactured in Mild Steel (MS) or Stainless Steel (SS).

The Twin Shaft Disperser combines dispersion and mixing functions through two independently driven shafts. The equipment can be configured with different mixing blades and vessel arrangements according to specific process requirements.
